Our days are created by our Father, but they are lived to its fullest, or to its least, BY US!
What day are we choosing to live?
Phil. 4:4-5, Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! 5 Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.
1 Thess. 5:16-18, Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Today we can choose to be a praiser, or we can choose to be a complainer. Whatever we choose will be the environment we, and others will have to live in all day long. An atmosphere that is a cloud, or a bright shiny day!! WE choose what we are creating! We cannot control the circumstances, but we can control our reactions and atmosphere.
My life is horrible – it is falling apart – there is no joy or rejoicing left because it is so bad!!!
REALLY? ARE YOU BREATHING? IS GOD TRULY GOD? THERE IS NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE IF YOU BELIEVE. Choose to change your sight (Col.3:1-3, look up to Jesus), then you will see clearly.
This is a great lesson. It is easy to rejoice, be happy, have joy when everything is going your way. We must learn to rejoice, and stay in joy when things are difficult.
James 1:2-4, Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. 3 For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. 4 So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.
CHOOSE TO CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE OF REJOICING, SO WHEN ANYONE COMES IN CONTACT WITH YOU THEY WILL HAVE TO SHOUT WITH YOU!
